Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service total. This policy also applies to no shows. That said, emergencies happen. Cancellation fees are handled on a case-by-case basis, and I’m always more understanding when clients communicate honestly and promptly.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving 10 minutes or later may result in your appointment being cancelled with a 100% fee or adjusted to a shorter service (such as solid color or naked manicure), depending on timing. I am always more lenient with clients who communicate and respect my time, just reach out if you’re running behind.
Health & Nail Safety Policy
Your nail health and safety are always my top priority. I reserve the right to cancel or modify an appointment if there is visible nail damage, infection, or signs of an allergic reaction. In these cases, I may recommend allowing the nails time to heal or seeking medical care before continuing services.
If you have experienced an allergic reaction to gel products in the past, this may mean gel services are not suitable for you. In some cases, we may be able to proceed using HEMA and TPO free products, which I am happy to try when appropriate. Please note that safety will always come before aesthetics.
Zero Tolerance Policy
This is a safe and welcoming space. There is zero tolerance for:
Racism
Homophobia
Transphobia
Sexism
Harassment of any kind
Discrimination based on gender, sexuality, race, religion, or identity
Any behavior that violates this policy will result in immediate removal from the salon.
Illness & Sickness Policy
If you are feeling unwell or anyone in your household is sick, I kindly but urgently ask that you cancel your appointment and do not come in. Your health is more important than getting your nails done.
Illness not only impacts my ability to work with other clients, but I also have a suppressed immune system and need to be especially cautious to avoid getting sick. I truly appreciate your honesty and consideration in helping keep the salon a safe space for everyone.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Tap to pay is also available for your convenience.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or if you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, in accordance with my cancellation and late policies.
There are no refunds on completed services. However, complementary nail fixes are offered within 7 days of your appointment. Any fixes requested after 7 days will be considered a paid service.
If you are truly unhappy with your service, please reach out to me directly so we can discuss further options. Open communication is always appreciated.
Failure to complete a payment for services rendered will result in removal from my client list and the inability to book future appointments.
Respect & Salon Conduct
Rudeness, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward me or anyone else in the salon will not be tolerated. If a client behaves in this manner, the appointment may end immediately, and the client asked to leave with no refund provided.
No Children Policy
For safety and to maintain a calm, focused environment, children are not permitted at appointments. I appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.

I specialize in structured gel and Gel X services, all with a strong focus on nail health, structure, and long-lasting wear. Structured gel is ideal if you love your natural nail length and want added strength and durability, while Gel X is great if you’re looking to add length with a lightweight, natural feel. If you’re ever unsure which service is best for you, feel free to reach out before booking. I’m always happy to help guide you based on your nails, lifestyle and goals.

Yes, I work on natural nails and prioritize services that support long-term nail health. I do not use acrylic or dip products; instead, I specialize in structured gel and Gel X, which offer strength, durability, and better flexibility for the natural nail. These services allow me to create beautiful, long-lasting sets while maintaining the integrity of your nails.

Most appointments start at two hours, with additional time depending on the service, nail condition, and any art or detailed work requested. Some appointments may take less time, but I always recommend planning to be in my chair for a while so I can focus on quality, structure, and long-lasting results without rushing.

Longevity can vary from client to client based on nail health, lifestyle, and personal preferences. For new clients, I recommend allowing three appointments to see the best results, as your nails may need time to adjust: especially if there’s existing damage or previous product on the nail. Most clients return every 3-5 weeks, but the exact timing is always up to you and what works best for your nails.

This is a common misconception; natural nails don’t actually breathe. As long as your nails are healthy and services are done correctly, there’s no need to take breaks just for the sake of it. That said, breaks are sometimes necessary if there’s damage, an infection, or an allergic reaction. Nail health always comes first, and I’ll let you know if your nails would benefit from time to heal.
